1. How do I submit my wish list correctly? How will my wish be fulfilled?

Simply fill out your wish list in the order notes during checkout. Tell us your preferred colors, themes, or item types. We can’t guarantee that every item will match your list, but we’ll do our best to make your surprise as close to your dreams as possible.


2. What should I do if my payment fails?

Please double-check your card and billing information.

Contact your bank to ensure there are no holds or restrictions.

3. What does the Lucky Surprise Box contain?

Each box contains over 20 adorable items—from soft toys and plush toys to stationery and accessories, as well as adorable blind boxes—all tailored to your chosen color theme.


4. Can I share my unboxing photos online?

Yes! We love to see your reactions. Share your unboxing photo on TikTok and tag @luckbx for a chance to be featured on our page.


5. Do you restock?

Our inventory changes frequently, and many items are limited edition. If you see a color or ball you like, buy it now before it sells out!


6. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders can take up to 1-5 business days to process and 8-12 business days to ship. You will receive tracking information after shipment. Please see our Shipping Policy page for full details.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Orders over $79 receive free standard international shipping.


8. Can I choose exactly what’s in the box?

No—that’s the fun! You can share your preferences through a wish list, but the fun of a Lucky Box is the surprise.


9. Can I order a Lucky Box as a gift?

Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address during checkout. You can also leave a gift card in the order notes section.


10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

We do! If you’d like to order a large quantity for an event, giveaway, or resale, please contact us through the Contact Us page for pricing.


11. Can I request a specific item or color?

You can leave your preferences (for example, a preferred color or unwanted items) in the order notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs—but there are no guarantees. After all, it’s still a mystery! 🎁


12. Can I return or exchange my Lucky Box?

All sales are final. Since each box is a surprise and custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.


13. What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.


14. Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, all orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.


15. What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. After the order has shipped, we are not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses.
